Our client is a leading global investment management firm that offers high-quality research and diversified investment services to institutional clients, individuals and private clients in major markets around the world. They are looking for 2 Recruiters. Specific responsibilities include the following: · Meet with hiring managers to identify the ideal candidate profile and write job descriptions. · Plan sourcing strategy and maintain relationships with employment agencies. · Evaluate profiles of potential candidates and perform preliminary phone screens and interviews. · Manage the selection process and coordinate additional interviews with the department. · Lead and participate in college recruiting efforts for Associate Programs. · Work closely with hiring managers and Human Capital Business Partner to determine appropriate compensation for offers. · Communicate offers to candidates and serve as initial point of contact for benefits related questions. · Monitor progress of requisition and manage candidate information in applicant tracking system. · Collaborate with Staffing Associate on pre-employment process. |
