Our investment banking client is looking for a Vendor Manager. Ensure that vendors are adhering to the firms’ policies and procedures. Handle complex vendor contract negotiations, including establishing pricing methodologies based on market analysis, service level agreements (SLA's), agreements on terms and conditions Establish solid relationships with our Vendors. Understand and resolve potential issues and provide a platform to embrace Vendors as part of the extended team. Gather market intelligence and establish useful industry benchmarks. Design and implement helpful tools that the Client Relationship Teams (CRT’s) and Business Groups can leverage. Effectively build and maintain external third party Vendor/outsourcing relationships to optimize the business partnership. Collaborate with firm's internal groups (CRT, Sourcing & Business Groups) in managing the full spectrum of activities from Vendor identification and selection through contract negotiations and routine/ongoing contract administration.
