Premier Investment banking firm has 3 openings for Campus Recruiters:
1) Campus Recruiter- Investment Banking (AVP level) Manage the campus recruitment efforts for a select group of undergraduate target schools for both summer and full-time recruiting including creating a strategy, managing hiring numbers/offer rates, and working in conjunction with the team captain to identify participants, interviewers, and top talent at each school. Manage relationships with key career services personnel at undergraduate schools where firm recruits including targeting high potential candidates, sourcing senior business reps to present and identifying opportunities for firm to be in the classroom. Establish relationships with the other recruiters on firm's team to identify efficiencies, cross pollinate business participants and determine potential global efficiencies including candidate identification, staffing and sponsorship opportunities. Work with our Global Markets business to develop and maintain strong relationships with business heads and HR, creating a strategy to meet their hiring needs, and sourcing business participants. Partner with the Diversity recruiting team to identify key sponsorships, on-campus recruiting opportunities and define a diversity strategy for their business/schools. Travel/Attend recruiting events Maintain and update online application system for their schools/businesses Manage summer intern program including appraisal process, placements, events and offers 2) Campus Recruiter- Infrastucture (2) - Manage the campus recruitment efforts for IT & Financial Risk for both summer and full-time recruiting including creating a strategy, managing hiring numbers/offer rates, and working in conjunction with the business heads to meet their hiring needs, and source business participants.
- Partner with the Front Office recruiters to form relationships with key career services personnel at undergraduate schools
- Maintain recruiting calendar for all events for your businesses
- Coordinate/schedule catering, a/v, facilities arrangements for your schools & businesses; Travel/Attend recruiting events
- Maintain and update online application system for their schools/businesses
- Manage summer intern program including appraisal process, placements, events, offers and sell/close process

| Requirements: |
| |
| For IBD: BA; 5+ yrs campus recuriting experience for a global firm; strong interpersonal & communication skills; network of contacts with career services departments; financial industry & jr recruiter experience is preferred.
For Infrastructure: BA degree plus 2-4 yrs experience
