Graduate Development is responsible for integrating new campus hires into the firm & managing their early tenure experience.
Main Function: These positions are responsible for training & management of Analyst & Associate Programs. The role requires partnering with internal business clients, HR colleagues & external vendors to facilitate New Campus Hire transition to the work place Main Duties: Lead efforts related to the Initial Training Program (ITP) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Program for Analysts and Associates Develop relationships with training vendors; Assess cost-efficiency and deliver cost-effective training programs Identify, develop and execute new initiatives to continuously improve the quality of programs delivered to business managers and Analysts and Associates; Build and cultivate strong relationships with business clients and HR colleagues; Provide ongoing performance and career guidance to Graduates; Partner with HR Client Relationship Team on Graduate compensation, mobility, and performance management; Assess & track rotational experience & performance; Maintain Graduate database |
