 HR Analyst, Ops & Controls
Salary: Competitive + Bonus- Location: New York, NY Type: Full-Time

Description:
Top-tier investment banking firm needs a Human Resources Analyst, Operations & Controls. The main function of this position is:  Application security administration, production of HR metrics and reporting, Business/data analysis, and HR application enhancements testing

Responsibilities:  
  • Perform routine security administration tasks (daily, monthly and quarterly processes) 
  • Perform moderately complex data analysis utilizing EXCEL by performing v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Recognize issues that are appropriate to escalate and may contribute to the resolution Produce HR metrics and reporting through the use of Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Generate reports through the use of queries in SAP Documents and execute user acceptance test scripts in support of minor system enhancements
 
Requirements:
 
BS degree preferred, in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Proficiency in MS Access (desired). Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines 2-4 years HR applications experience (i.e. SAP HR, ADP Enterprise, PeopleSoft.) 1-2 years SAP security experience – SAP Authorization Concept, Roles, User Administration, SOD conflict resolution (desired)
