Premier Investment Banking firm is adding a Infrastructure Development Specialist (AVP level) to their HR Learning & Development Team. Main Function/Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process supporting all related development activities including: Provide a consultitative service to the business & HR Client Relationship teams to identify & advise on the most appropriate development interventions for their businesses in line with business goals (for Talent, MBTI, Off-sites, PDPs Training Programs - Design & develop L&D interventions including training courses, e-learning modules, large scale development programs
- Ensure analysis/evaluation of courses & provide reports/recommendations to improve training effectiveness
- Understand the overall training budget & implications to ensure optimal use of resources; provide reports to demonstrate value added/costs incurred where applicable
- Monitor industry best practice to ensure firm remains current with regards to its people & maintains competitive advantage in the market
- Work with learning & development colleagues & other teams to ensure the best business practices are being conducted across groups
