Our illustrious investment banking client needs a top-tier Admin to provide administrative support in a complex team environment to multiple departments.
Primary support to Real Estate and Procurement teams for project work. • Maintain complex calendars Respond and follow up on client requests. • Process insurance certificates. • Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/external meetings & conferences • Manage monthly invoices and arranges for payment. • Assist with routing change order requests. • On-board new hires, processes new employees and contingent workers, transfers, termination, etc. • Update and maintain department organizational charts and websites. • Prepare and distribute divisional correspondence, reports or other documents. • Assist with data collection for departments. • Assist with general administrative duties & ad-hoc projects, expense reports, committees and or group events. Salary + Paid OT + Bonus
