Our client, an illustrious investment banking firm needs an administrative asst to provide support to Real Estate and Procurement teams for project work. Responsibilities: Respond and follow up on client requests• Process insurance certificates • Manage monthly invoices and arranges for payment• Coordinate complex, senior-level internal/external meetings & conference calls• On-board new hires, process new employees and contingent workers, transfers, termination, etc. • Update and maintain department organizational charts and websites• Prepares and distributes divisional correspondence, reports or other documents as requested. • Maintain complex & detailed calendars & prioritize meeting requests & logistics• Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently • Assist with general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, expense reports, committees and or group events
