Boston office of world reknown investment banking firm needs an experienced, professional Administrative Assistant with good organization skills & high degree of integrity & confidentiality. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support in a complex team environment; coordinatecomplex, senior-level internal/ external meetings and conference calls; handle a high volume of phones calls, supporting internal and external managers or clients; responds and follows up on client requests; maintain calendars, contact database; coordinates travel arrangements and processes expense reports; prepare and distribute divisional correspondence, memos, letters, reports or other documents as requested; manage monthly invoices and arranges for payment; general administrative duties (copying, filing, faxing, archiving); order marketing supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked; opens and monitor incoming office correspondence; attendance tracking; office Liaison for Charitable Budget; event planning, coordination and execution; assist with logistics of recruiting efforts; manage email and voicemail distribution lists; manage technology requests for new hires
Hours-8:30-5:30 - flexibility is needed Paid OT

| Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 4+ years of experience. Team player with a positive attitude. Detail oriented; comfortable working with people at all organizational levels. Good communication skills; ability to multi task in hectic high pressure environment
