Investment banking firm is hiring a INVESTMENT BANKING RECRUITER to work as part of the Client Relations Team (CRT), focusing on IBD recruitment to provide a clear, efficient, value added resourcing service covering permanent hiring. VP Level

Responsibilities: Work towards trusted advisor status with clients regarding Resourcing; Work closely with HR Generalists to ensure open communication around recruitment and organizational change. Partner on establishing a high performing and competent preferred supplier list covering Executive Search and Contingency. Build relationships with each of these suppliers to ensure full engagement with our roles. Manage the Federal Contractor requirements process. Maintain and update a weekly Hireplan and New Initiatives database across IBD and spend versus budget report across IBD; Maintain and update a weekly tracker on senior searches and pipeline. Get regular, meaningful market intelligence from suppliers on a regular basis. Provide in depth technical interviews to all levels of management including senior applicants adding value to the recruitment plans & strategy.
