World-wide Investment banking firm needs legal recruiter. Position will be at VP level! Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment life cycle for back office vacancies in Legal, Compliance & Audit using established & tested cost-effective methods of sourcing, screening, interview & identifying perspective candidates from Staff to Managing Director level via direct sourcing, employee referral & vendor recommendations. Maintain & build relationships with hiring managers, generalists, COO & business partners in matters including client needs assessment, job description creation, headcount/budget allocation, recruiting processes & strategy improvement. Manage & collaborate with outside vendors Liaise with various departments including compensation, benefits, relocation & immigration to establish new employee compensation packages. Liaise with on-boarding team for smooth & accurate on-boarding process. Attend global weekly recruitment status meetings & provide updated resourcing reports to COO & senior MDsMaintain, update & audit candidate tracking system Stepstone's 1-grasp. Perform administrative duties including scheduling of interviews, maintaining databases & file management |
