Our client, a full services investment banking firm whose primary focus is providing financial advisory and capital raising services in the U.S., Asia and Europe, is looking to hire multiple first year Analysts. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field from a top tier university. Previous internships in financial services are highly preferred.  

Responsibilities include:

• Structuring complicated financing models
• Developing presentations for clients, credit enhancers and conferences
• Drafting transaction memos and offering documents
• Critical reading and analyzing legal documents
• Researching and compiling market data and competitive analysis
• Communicating regularly and effectively with clients, attorneys, investment bankers, and all other parties involved 
• Assisting in business development
